“Our live show is not about us at all, its about them, the audience. It's about seeing them smiling, happy, singing, raising their hands, and living in the moment. We are all on this journey to have this great time together, and we are just the bus drivers.”
— Jeff Congo
Austin Park is a Modern Rock/Country band from Jacksonville, FL, formed by singer/ songwriter Jeff Congo and drummer Tim Crawford. Whether performing at festivals, clubs, weddings or corporate events, or as direct support for a major act, the audience can expect a high energy, interactive and memorable experience!
Since forming in 2005, the band has performed over 1,000 shows, performing in venues like Tootsies Word Famous Orchid Lounge in Nashville, TN, The Jacksonville Landing in Jacksonville, FL, and GTMO - Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and has provided direct support for a list of national recording artists.
A mid-summer trip performing a showcase at the World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge in Nashville, TN proved a worthwhile trip. Shortly after, the band began working with many well-known Nashville producers Scott Fairclough (Lifehouse), Sal Oliveri (P!nk, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban), Mills Logan (Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, Toby Keith), on their debut CD. Their lead-off song titled, “Life in Dixie” (Congo, Faircloth), gained airplay on Georgia’s Z94.5 FM. Their follow up (2) singles, “12 Ticks to Midnight,” and "Invisible," both gained airplay on country radio stations around the southeast.
The band has since been spending their time between Jacksonville and Nashville writing and recording songs for their full length album release, due out summer of 2017.
